Jason Eley


Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Natural Resources at the University of Vermont, in Burlington, VT and studied abroad at Cultura Wien, in Vienna, Austria. Jason received his Juris Doctor degree from the Vermont Law School in South Royalton.

Areas of Practice and Experience:
Jason has extensive experience in criminal law, having spent eight years as a criminal prosecutor. He has extensive experience with domestic abuse and DWI cases including misdemeanor and felony jury trials ranging from violent crimes to drug offenses. He also handled contract negotiations, land use and employment law on behalf of state agencies. Jason handles estate planning, contract issues, social security cases and domestic matters, including divorce and child custody. Jason has appeared regularly in all San Juan County New Mexico Courts.
